Rubber includes two group: natural rubber and synthetic rubber.Natural rubber is made of glue from rubber trees and rubber grass, and synthetic rubber is obtained by various monomers.Rubber products are widely used in all aspects of industry or life. The original rubber trees grew in South America, but after artificial transplantation, large numbers were also planted in Southeast Asia.In fact, Asia has become the most important source of rubber.
Universal rubber is with good protperties and widely used.Mainly includes: 1) natural rubber, made from the latex of three-leaf rubber tree, the basic chemical composition is cis-polyisoprene.Good elasticity, high strength, and good comprehensive performance. 2) isoprene rubber, fully called cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, a high cisis synthetic rubber made from isoprene, is also called synthetic natural rubber due to its structure and performance to natural rubber. 3) styrene-butadiene rubber, SBR for short, is made from copolymerization of buxene and styrene. It is divided into emulsion and solution rubber. Its comprehensive performance and chemical stability are good. 4) cisrene, given the full name cis-1,4-polybutadiene, or BR, is made by butadiene polymerization.Compared with other general rubber, vulcanized rubber has particularly excellent cold resistance, wear resistance and elasticity, less heat under dynamic load, good aging resistance, and is easy to use with natural rubber, neoprene, nititrile rubber, etc. 5) neoprene, or CR, is made from chloropadiene polymerization.Good comprehensive performance, oil resistance, combustion resistance, oxidation resistance and ozone resistance. However, its density is large, easy to harden by crystallization at room temperature, poor storage, and poor cold resistance.
